Music I listened to in 2025

Here is my most updated list of 2025 releases I have listened to this year. I am currently trying to pick my favorite albums from this list for my annual best of albums post. This is not easy because there has been so much content, maybe even too much content? I won't say which albums but some of the albums I listened to this year were either meh (and forgot about them) or I straight  up did not like. I have been writing down the albums I have listened to from this list and listen to on a regular basis. Not sure how many albums I will have on my best of list. Definitely not 10 or 20, that is not enough.

I should note that earlier this week, it was announced on social media that Noora Louhimo and Battle Beast have parted ways after 13 years together. Noora wanted to focus on her solo career and just couldn't find the time to do so while in BB. Marina La Torraca of Phantom Elite and Exit Eden has now taken over lead vocals for the band. I am excited to see what the future holds for both Noora and Battle Beast. I will continue to support both parties.
