My Favorite Darkwave/Post-Punk/Shoegaze Albums of 2023

2023 was a great year for post punk/darkwave/Shoegaze music for me. I started getting back into the genres this past fall when I discovered bands like Foxlore, Silence in the Snow, Chasms, and Pelteras. I also started hearing a lot of great shoegaze artists/bands this year too like the Singapore band Blush, ex-Lush guitarist Emma Anderson, Moon in June from Japan, and Mint Field from Mexico.
