Album of the Week

Last week, I was listening to the lastest episode of Song Exploder featuring queer/non-binary musician King Princess (aka Mikaela Mullaney Straus). Like with all his episodes of Song Exploder, Hrishikesh Hirway, edits himself out of the conversation so the listener hears only the artist discuss their music. In the most recent episode, King Princess talks about "Let Us Die" which features the late drummer Taylor Hawkins. It didn't take me very long to get into the song during the episode. Once I heard the song in its entirety (after the interview), I ended up checking out the album on Spotify. Really dug what I have heard and made it my album of the week.
