Album of the Week

For this week's Album of the Week, I went with the stripped down sounds of Birth of Violence by Chelsea Wolfe. I have been listening to it quite a bit lately. I love her electric work but I particularly love it when she goes for a stripped down, acoustic sound like on this album. I do wish the Twin Cities was part of her fall tour which she is hitting the road to promote the album but alas she is not. Oh well. I guess I will wait another time to see Chelsea live.
