Album of the Week

Last week I discovered the post-punk, jangly guitar-pop, surf sounds of Wave and So, who is from Thailand. Like a lot of bands I am currently listening to, I found Wave and So via Unite Asia my go to source to find new music. After listening to their new single Brutalism and falling in love with the song, I had to listen to their most recent full length album Absurf. As much as I love listening to heavy metal nowadays, it is a good thing to give my ears a break with some jingly guitar pop/rock. The gentle, lush vocals is so soothing to my ears after listening to heavy metal for most of my work day.
