Music I listened to in February

I love this time of the month when I can share with people all the music I have listened to for the month. February was really a great month for music. Bloody Tyrant and Lovebites dropped new music. I really love both Hagakure II (Bloody Tyrant) and Judgement Day (Lovebites).  Judgement Day is going to give Onmyo-Za's Ryuuoudouji a run for its money for favorite J-metal release of 2023. I have been listening to Judgement Day every day since it came out last week. The online response to the new Lovebites albums has been astounding. IMO I would love to see a band as big like Nightwish to take Lovebites on a US/North American tour with them. That would be gnarly. I think the only way for Lovebites to come to the US is for a larger metal act to take them on the road with them. 

Finally got around to listen to the new Diary of Dreams album Melancholin today. It is really good. I haven't listened to DoD in years. 

Siberian folk/edm/rock band Otyken released Phenomenom a week or two weeks ago. I love it.

I went to see Margo Price this month at First Avenue. She was fantastic. Been listening to her new album Strays a lot since it came out last month. The songs she played from the album sounded even better live.
