Earworm of the Week
Earlier this week, I was watching the tail end of the part one of A and E's Biography on Dolly Parton (I hope the cable network re-airs it this weekend so I can watch both episodes in their entirety). Towards the end of the part 1, I was introduced to her song "The Grass is Blue" from her bluegrass album of the same name. It is now my favorite Dolly song (next to "Coat of Many Colors", "Jolene", and "9 to 5"). Dolly Parton is truly a national treasure. She is my favorite songwriter. I particularly love how clever her lyrics are in this song as well as heartfelt too.
