Earworm of the Week

A couple of weeks ago, one of my favorite podcasts brought up the band No Doubt and their 2001 album Rock Steady. Because I had not heard that album in 2 decades, I gave the album a listen. I will have to agree with one of the hosts on this particular podcast when he said that Rock Steady was the band's best album. With the exception of "Hey Baby", a song I loathe as much as "Don't Speak", the album is rock solid. My favorite track on the entire album is "Running" hands down. It is hard not to love this song with its infectious melodies
