Music I have listened to in April

 First day of a new month, and here is all the albums I have listened to in April. 

I definitely listened to a lot of Mari Hamada, a hugely popular Japanese artist from the '80s and '90s. I still have quite a ways to go through her catalog on Spotify. From what I have heard, I really liked and can understand her appeal. Mari has a lot of bops in her lengthy catalog. 

I also listened to a lot of the Kpop group 2NE1 because I saw on Twitter the girl group made a surprise appearance at Coachella. Not sure if this was a one time reunion or not but I watched a clip of their Coachella performance, and was hooked. 

My favorite metal band I listened to in April was the Taiwanese death metal band Solemn. Their 2014 album Devastated Ruins been getting plenty of airplay form me. 

During April, I discovered the J-Metal band The Sheglapes. They remind me quite a bit of Lovebites. 

Hatchie dropped a new album in April Giving the World Away, it is so good. Same with the new Unlucky Morpheus album Evolution, and Windrunner's Tan.
