Playlist of the Week

Today I have been in a Lush sort of mood so I put together a playlist of all the releases that Lush released. I wish I had the pleasure of seeing the band back in the '90s. That is one of my biggest regrets. Fortunately I made up for that last September when I made the trek down to Chicago to see the band on their brief reunion tour.

Although it was sad that Chris Acland was not there to perform with the band because of his passing after the release of Lovelife, it was wonderful to finally see one of my favorite modern rock bands from the '90s. People rag on Lovelife but I enjoy the album as much as I enjoy Split, Spooky, and Gala. I guess different strokes for different folks. Can't please everyone.
