Earworm of the week

I came across a sixty second clip of this song on Ali Wong's Instagram page. This song by Ruby Ibarra was supposed to be in Ali's new Netflix film but the filmmakers couldn't find a place for the song. I was not expecting to see an Asian American woman rapping on "Always Be My Maybe"  but I love this surprise. Here is the full length track. I never heard of Ruby but I loved what I had heard. It is a great track. The beats are slick, and her vocals are smooth as hell.I will be checking out her other music at work tomorrow.
