Album of the week

Over the weekend I went to the Minnesota State Fair with my mom. Prior to leaving the fair, we stopped over by MPR's booth where my mom ended up buying a copy of Vivaldi's The Four Seasons by Anne-Sophie Mutter. I got to hear some of the music in the car and later on Spotify. Of all the iterations of "The Four Seasons" I have heard, Anne-Sophie Mutter's version is my personal favorite. I love it when the violin is front and center, and the orchestra is in the background. Never heard of Anne-Sophie Mutter but I definitely plan on checking out her other albums on Spotify. I truly enjoyed what I heard on Vivaldi: The Four Seasons.
