Playlist of the week
Over the weekend, I went to see the film The Kitchen. I enjoyed the film but the film is far from perfect. The script was anything but perfect. The ending left me very unsatisfied but maybe it was done for a future sequel? The performances were great but the seventies music (with the exception of the Fleetwood Mac song "The Chain" by The Highwomen which is really good) is what stood out for me the most.
Songs to check out:
"Barracuda" by Heart
"The Chain" by The Highwomen
"It's a Man's Man's Man's World" by Etta James
"Simple Man" by Lynyrd Skynrd
"Carry On Wayward Son" by Kansas
"Gold Dust Woman" by Fleetwood Mac
